Ola Electric, a prominent player in India’s electric vehicle market, has recently hit the headlines with the launch of its Roadster X series. This exciting new lineup includes two cutting-edge electric motorcycles—the Roadster X and Roadster X+—designed to revolutionize the EV landscape in the country. These models, based on Ola’s innovative scalable motorcycle platform, boast advanced features such as brake-by-wire technology, a powerful mid-drive motor, an integrated motor control unit (MCU), and an impressive IDC-claimed range of up to 501 km.
The Roadster X series made its grand debut at the prestigious Sankalp 2024 event hosted at Ola’s state-of-the-art FutureFactory in Tamil Nadu on August 15, 2024.

Ola Electric has upped the ante in the electric motorcycle segment by offering a diverse range of battery configurations across its new lineup, catering to customers with varying preferences in terms of performance and pricing. Here’s a breakdown of the available options:
• Roadster X (Entry-level model)
– Priced at ₹74,999
– Available with 2.5kWh, 3.5kWh, and 4.5kWh battery packs
• Roadster X+
– Starting at ₹1,04,999 for the 4.5kWh variant

Both the Roadster X and Roadster X+ models dazzle in five vibrant colour choices—Industrial Silver, Anthracite, Stellar Blue, Pine Green, and Ceramic White. Ola Electric sweetens the deal with a standard 3-year warranty or 50,000 km, whichever comes first. Deliveries are slated to kick off in mid-March 2025.
