Quess Corp’s big boss, Ajit Isaac, spilled the beans on his grand plans to take Quess global, with a special eye on the US, Continental Europe, and Japan. In a one-on-one chat with businessline, Isaac spilled the tea on Quess’s future moves and highlighted the company’s vital role in India. “We wanna go big worldwide. In India, we’re like, super important ’cause we provide jobs and play a key role in some major sectors,” he spilled.

Starting off as a recruitment agency, Quess has totally glowed up since then. Now, they’re all about workforce management (think staffing, recruitment process outsourcing) and infra services like industrial asset maintenance, telecom tower maintenance, facilities management, security services, and even food & beverage. Isaac gave props to Quess’s success to its people, products, and partners—Fairfax, who’s got a big piece of the Quess pie. “When you work with the same folks for a minute, you get into a groove with managing things, which is key to hitting that success,” he pointed out.

Besides spreading their wings globally, Quess is also peeking into new areas like contract manufacturing. But Isaac is all about keeping things light on the assets side. “Unless we find a way to do manufacturing without owning stuff, we’re not jumping in. But we’re checking out what’s out there,” he added, keeping it lowkey.
