ICRA, a leading market rating agency, forecasts a steady growth rate of 4 to 7% in the passenger vehicle segment for FY26, underlining the industry’s resilience and potential for expansion. Dealers anticipate a surge in passenger vehicle sales, driven by a combination of new launches and attractive discounts offered by OEMs.

“The passenger vehicle segment is expected to witness increased activity in March, buoyed by enticing promotional schemes, the impact of advanced festival sales, and fiscal year-end benefits,” remarked the Federation of Automobile Dealers Association.
